Special Assistance
Special personalized assistance at Frankfurt Airport can be arranged through FRACareServices GmbH for passengers who have reduced mobility or medical or health issues, senior citizens, minors traveling without an adult, and trave- lers unfamiliar with FRA or airports in general. This service must be booked via your travel agent or airline. Under EU regulations, special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility is free of charge. VIP Services
Any passenger at FRA can book Fraport’s VIP Services, which provides individualized services and use of the VIP lounge for departing, arriving, and transferring passengers. Passen- gers are escorted to and from their flights while avoiding the regular routes through the terminals. Departures and arrivals: the fee is €298 for the first person and €150 for each additional person. Transfers: €320 for the first person and €240 for each additional person. All prices include value-added tax.
